• Receive AI-powered financial insights
• Automatically detect transactions from SMS (with permission)
• Categorize and analyze spending patterns

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. SMS Permission & Usage

AmigoAI may request permission to read SMS messages on your device. By granting this permission, you acknowledge that:

• SMS data is processed locally on your device
• Only financial transaction data is extracted and stored
• You can revoke this permission at any time through device settings
• The App will continue to function with manual transaction entry if SMS permission is denied

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Share your account with others
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the App's operation
• Use the App to transmit spam or harmful content

6. Financial Information Disclaimer

Important: AmigoAI is a financial tracking and organization tool, NOT a financial advisor. The App:

• Does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice
• Does not guarantee the accuracy of automatically detected transactions
• Should not be used as the sole source for financial decisions
• Is not a replacement for professional financial consultation

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial data in the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AmigoAI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Celer Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Beta Service

AmigoAI is currently in beta. This means:

• The App may contain bugs or errors
• Features may change without notice
• Service interruptions may occur
• Your feedback helps us improve the App

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmigoAI and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or financial losses
• Inaccuracies in transaction detection
• Service interruptions or downtime

10. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by:

• Using the "Delete Account" option in the App settings

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
